The Construction boys were one of the pre season favorites to win promotion from the ZIFA Central Region Soccer League.
However, the team failed to live up to the expectations under the guidance of coach Lizwe Sweswe.
They finished a distant fifth on the log despite having made heavy investment on the squad.
Sources close to ongoings at the club told The Echo that Sweswe is next in the firing line.
The club is understood to have already drawn up a list of Sweswe’s replacement.
Among names being thrown around are Northern region side Mwos coach, Lloyd Mutasa.
Former Kaizer Chiefs striker, Luke Petros and Tendai Chikuni are also part of that list.
John Nyikadzino, who guided the club to their maiden PSL dance is also rumoured to be in line for a return to the Gweru based side.
