GWANDA Pirates have advised their fans not to travel to Zvishavane for their match against Jame West on Saturday at Maglas stadium.
Maglas stadium was the scene of their ill fated match against Shabanie Mine last month.
The match was abandoned in the 68th minute due to crowd trouble as both sets of fans ran amok.
Therefore, as a precautionary measure, Gwanda Pirates have appealed to their fans not to travel for the Jame West match.
Instead, the club has advised fans to gather at Gwanda Hotel and follow proceedings via live stream.
“Gwanda Pirates FC is set to face off against Jame West FC at Maglas Stadium in Zvishavane,” said the club in a Facebook post.
“Although fans won’t be traveling with the team as previously communicated through the SG.
“They’ve been invited to gather at Gwanda Hotel for a live streaming of the match on a big screen.”
