FORMER Dynamos team manager, Richard ‘Nyoka’ Chihoro has died.
Chihoro passed on early on Friday morning. Details about the cause of his death are yet to be established.
He served Dembare in different capacities as an assistant coach as well as director of football.
In 2007, he was part of the technical team at the Harare giants as an assistant to David Mandigora.
However, he is most remembered as a long serving team manager at Dembare.
He was often labelled as Dynamos’ juju man and in 2023 was sanctioned by the Premier Soccer League disciplinary committee for sprinkling an unknown substance on the opponents’ goal area at halftime during the match between Dembare and Hwange at Babourfields stadium in Bulawayo.
