TELONE assistant coach Chasten Ngondonga believes his charges are ready for a comeback against Hwange after suffering a set back last week in the loss to Highlanders.
The WiFi boys learnt the hard way in their loss to Bosso when they were punished for missing several clear cut chances especially in the first half.
Ngondonga feels the loss to Highlanders was an eye opener and his side is looking to make amends against Hwange on Sunday.
“From our previous match against Highlanders we learnt a lesson, conceding two goals at home was a big lesson for us and during the week we managed to correct some of the mistakes we noted,” he said.
This game we are going to work hard so that we collect maximum points, we are geared up.”
The Gweru based outfit have had a fairly decent start to the season with five points out of a possible 12.
Ngondonga is confident of a positive outcome at the Colliery on Sunday afternoon.
“In modern football there is no home advantage , everyone is ready, we managed to psych our players so that we match the home team,” added the former Triangle captain.
