THE High Court has granted bail to Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries founder Prophet Walter Magaya.
He has been ordered to deposit US$ 3000 with the clerk of court, surrender his travel documents as well as title deeds to his Mount Pleasant property.
As part of the bail conditions, the clergy man has been ordered to report to Mkushi Police Academy twice every week.
Magaya is facing four counts of rape involving congregants and employees.
The incidents are said to have happened between 2016 and 2023.
He initially appeared before the Harare Magistrate Court where he was denied bail due to the seriousness of his charges and the risk of interfering with witnesses.
The trial will kick off on Monday 16 February to 19 February.
