THE SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) chairperson, Dr Nevers Mumba has raised a red flag on the recently held harmonized elections in the country, saying ‘some aspects of the elections’ fell short of the required standards.
He was presenting the mission’s preliminary report to the media in Harare this Friday.
He said; “The mission noted that some aspects of this harmonized elections fell short of the requirements of the Constitution of Zimbabwe,the electoral act and SADC principles and guidelines governing democratic elections.”
